Here are photos of the Titan 5500 test system used to troubleshoot defective card modules.  After the component and circuitry troubles are resolved, a full load of traffic and system processes is simulated to verify repairs and operational integrity of the modules.  Having cleared this last phase of testing, we confidently return the Titan 5500 card modules to our customers.
